Morning Star Cemetery is not just for those currently living in the community—it serves as a sacred resting place for loved ones who have been part of our lives, whether you were raised here, have family connections, or simply hold ties to our cherished community.
We are committed to ensuring the long-term upkeep and sustainability of the cemetery through:
- Quarterly Fundraisers: Helping raise essential funds to maintain and improve the cemetery grounds.
- Grant Applications: Seeking financial support to expand and preserve our community’s heritage.
- Community Pledges: Encouraging individuals aged 21 and older to contribute an annual minimum donation of $30 to support ongoing maintenance. Individuals can pledge more than the annual amount if they wish.

Our committee is grateful for the support and commitment of nine local churches that actively partner with us to ensure the cemetery remains a dignified and well-maintained space for all. These churches include:
